Langtree Lakeside Cottage is our family’s happy place, and we would like to share it with you! This stunning lakefront home has an excellent location on the southeastern end of Lake Norman. The property provides a quiet retreat for friends and families to gather but is only 25 minutes to downtown Charlotte!

Situated on a peaceful street, Langtree Lakeside Cottage looks out onto a beautiful wide cove. Stretching along the lakefront is a broad patio and beach area with fire-pit.

The spacious new dock has a large lounge area and a place for guests to dock their boats. The protected cove is a perfect place for swimming and paddle boarding, but the main water is just two homes up for those venturing further out. The property also includes a sought-after boat launch ramp.

The interior of this cottage is all new! The home was designed for lake life, with an open plan and lots of windows that let the sunlight pour in and provide spectacular views. The kitchens and baths are well-appointed with all-new appliances, fixtures, and finishes. The rooms are decorated in a comfortable modern but warm style.

Langtree Lakeside Cottage has an excellent location on the southern end of Lake Norman just off Langtree Road (Exit 31 on I-77). The closest lakefront vacation rental to Davidson and Cornelius you will find!

It is an easy 25-mile drive to downtown Charlotte and yet you will feel like you have escaped all the hustle and bustle once you arrive. Langtree Lakeside Cottage is also located adjacent to the beautiful The Venues at Langtree and is a perfect place for wedding guests.

The main upper floor has an expansive open kitchen, dining/living area, with hardwood floors throughout.

Three bedrooms, three baths and a laundry room are also on the main floor.

Downstairs

The lower floor has an open living/recreational space with an additional kitchen and laundry.

There is an exterior storage room that contains, three paddleboards, three kayaks (1 tandem and 2 singles), life preservers, and other lake floats and toys as well as a cornhole set.

The street only has houses on one side so there is also plenty of street parking.

There are two fire extinguishers. Both are under the kitchen sinks.
There is a first aid kit in the Laundry Room.
